We are running a Speed, Agility and Quickness Training weekend
This training weekend is Built and Designed to teach you all about speed and change of directions in all forms.
There are 4 sessions to chose from over the weekend you will only need to do 1 as everything will be covered in each session.
In each session you will look at the following;
– straight line speed
– Speed when changing of direction
– Reaction training
These session will get you sprinting, jumping on and over boxes, reacting to lights as part of reaction games, competing against others and in teams.
Session times are on at
11am-12:30pm and 12:30pm-2pm both Saturday and Sunday
Please arrive 10 min before your session to sign in.
£15 per person
You will need to bring suitable Training clothes and some water with you.

Functional Circuit Class
Our Functional circuit classes are the most varied class of the week, with constant change keeping things difficult.
The classes consist of various training exercises spread out across an hour that work your body to be able to take on life
A Functional circuit class is a type of physical training program conducted with a wide range of equipment like Kettlebells,TRX,tyres and body weight. Functional training often combines movement you will use in every day situations or movements that will help strengthen things you do on a day to day basis and puts them into a fitness based class. The use of interval training, plyometic movements is also common to help lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise. Many programs offer nutrition advice as well.

You don’t need any expensive equipment or clothing all you need is:- A pair of trainers
A pair of loose fitting trousers & top
A water bottle
A small towel
