Membership T&Cs

At Fix Up Fitness we try and keep things simple. To avoid any confusion, please read the terms and conditions of your membership below. 

Class Membership

When you sign up for any of the Fix Up Fitness monthly class membership packages you will be given an allocation of time to use on the online booking service based on the membership package you choose. Use this allocation of time to book the sessions you would like to attend over the month. This time allocation will renew every month on the given pay date you agreed to. If you miss a session because you’re away, you will be given the opportunity to book an extra class in lieu. If you are unable to do this, you do not lose the time, instead it will be rolled over to the next month. 

Personal Training

When you sign up for any of Fix Up Fitness’ Personal Training membership packages you will be given a regular day and a time as your set slot for the week. You are expected to attend that time slot unless either yourself or your PT arrange to change it for any non-emergency reasons (holidays, etc). You are expected to bring suitable clothing to train in and a water bottle which can be refilled on site. You are expected to follow the exercise plan given to you and any nutritional advice. Membership will renew on a monthly basis and you are expected to make payment on the given date agreed.

Booking Online

Fix Up Fitness uses an online booking system called where you can book and pay for all your PT and Classes. This is accessible via the main website or our Facebook and Instagram account. As classes during the week are limited to a specific number of people, you are required to book in online. Anyone who turns up to a class without booking in using Acuity will be asked to go home if the class is full. if you can’t make a class you are expected to re-schedule the class via the online Acuity system.

Cancellation policy 

You are required to give 24 hours notice for cancelling a session.  If you fail to turn up to a session or cancel on the day, you will lose the session. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Exception: Medical emergency for self or close family members (medical note may be required.) Stuck outside the country because of transportation delays or strikes (evidence may be required.)

Contact information and data privacy 

While you are training with Fix Up Fitness, we will need a means of contacting you whether that’s via email or text. This is so we can provide you with a reminder from our online booking service about your classes or PT session, or to contact you directly to discuss issues such as your training stats and training programmes, and to send these to you. You will be asked to fill out a basic client information sheet and Par-Q (Health questionare) and these will be kept in hard-copy form in a secure, locked file.  Any information Fix Up Fitness has received directly from you digitally (i.e mobile) won’t be given to any other third party. Our online booking system does require your email address and mobile number and you should check their T&Cs here.  Fix Up Fitness does use a Broadcast message via Whatsapp to send out a message to all members of any timetable changes coming up, or other emergency changes about group or event information.
