We are running a Speed, Agility and Quickness Training weekend
This training weekend is Built and Designed to teach you all about speed and change of directions in all forms.
There are 4 sessions to chose from over the weekend you will only need to do 1 as everything will be covered in each session.
In each session you will look at the following;
– straight line speed
– Speed when changing of direction
– Reaction training
These session will get you sprinting, jumping on and over boxes, reacting to lights as part of reaction games, competing against others and in teams.
Session times are on at
11am-12:30pm and 12:30pm-2pm both Saturday and Sunday
Please arrive 10 min before your session to sign in.
£15 per person
You will need to bring suitable Training clothes and some water with you.
